Lead HVAC Installer
Busy, well-established residential & light commercial HVAC company looking for an experienced LEAD HVAC Installer to add to our growing team!

- 2-5+ years residential/ commercial installation experience
- Must possess a valid and appropriate state driver’s license prior to employment with a clean driving record. (Clean driving record)
- Must be able to pass drug test and background check.
- Pay is DOE, Up to 100K
- Commission and bonuses.
- EPA and OSHA 10 certification required.
- Installation of cooling and heating systems in residential homes to include equipment replacement and change outs/retrofits
- Must be able to install 2 Stage & Inverters.
- Knowledge of air flow and installation of ductwork
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate with the customer in a professional manner
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds, carry ladders, and work from heights
