How long is the life expectancy of my AC unit?
The life expectancy is 10-12 years for an AC Unit in Las Vegas.
What is the process of a duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning?
We do WHOLE system cleanings. Meaning we clean all the way from your blower compartment through your entire duct system. (Most companies only clean the first five feet) We provide a Pre and Post camera inspection so you can view the results first hand. We also don’t upcharge for any different size vents, or because the home is over a certain amount of square footage or bedrooms, nor do we charge any hidden "hook up or start up" costs. This price also includes removal and cleaning of the registers and vents.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer financing with Wells Fargo, Synchrony, Green Sky and Enerbank (second chance financing).
What does a heat pump do?
A heat pump is an HVAC system that can both heat and cool your space from one unit. The dual ability is what makes a heat pump unique. Heat pumps transfer heat using a refrigerant process, much like your central air conditioner does. Only, the process can be reversed, unlike a central AC.

How often should I replace my air filter in Las Vegas?
You should replace your HVAC air filter at least once every three months or at least once a season. Swapping out your filter at the top of the season is a great idea because it prepares the relevant HVAC system for the work it has to do during peak season.

Do we offer duct sealing and what’s the benefit?
Yes, duct leakage can be responsible for up to 30% of air lost in your air ducts. If your ducts are being pumped full of cooled or heated air, you can bet that energy is being sucked right out of the ducts before it reaches the rooms of your home. Not only is it a significant drain on your expenses, but it can cause uneven heating and cooling throughout the home.
